Dolce di Mandas

The Dolce di Mandas is a cheese with soft texture, creamy, smooth and firm, exclusively produced from very fresh sheep's milk coming from the Sardinian inland's pastures.

The thin and straw-coloured rind protects this fresh pecorino, which is very appreciated at table for its delicate flavour, the taste and the refined aroma which make it the ideal choice for every circumstance. The ideal maturing is about four weeks and the whole cheese has a medium weight of about 2 kg.

There is also a version of the Dolce di Mandas enriched with red pepper and with a particularly hot taste that however does not hide the original flavour of the cheese.
