We are pleased to present to you the tour of the Garau dairy with tasting. The guided tour includes the entire dairy with an explanation of our processing method and a stop in the ancient cellars. It ends with the tasting of a selection of 5 different cheeses, wine and zero km bread. The bread is that of Mandas, made with sourdough and cooked in a wood oven. The total duration is approximately 2 hours.
It is also possible to take part in other tours in the area, including the one to the Nuraghe of Barumini, a UNESCO heritage site, or the visit to the Nuraghe Arrubiu (Orroli), the “Red Giant”.
