Over the past ten years, the Mondial du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers (Mondial of Cheese and Dairy Products) has become the premier event for the many dairy industry professionals. Maturers, milk producers, distributors, equipment manufacturers and suppliers, and chefs were present again this year, for the seventh edition, in Tours to promote cheese and dairy expertise.
For us, winning an award in France is a special experience, especially when it comes to one of the most important competitions in the world. On September 14th in Tours, in the Loire Valley, we reached the podium four times with Granduca di Mandas, Cardureu, Colline di Mandas, and Piccante di Trexenta.
