We won seven medals, compared to two in 2024, at the world’s most important cheese competition. Furthermore, we were the only Sardinian company to win, among the seven Italian dairies honored at the Cheese and Dairy Awards. These are the awards we received: two silver medals for our Granduca di Mandas and Duca Nero pecorino cheeses, and five bronze medals for Colline di Mandas, Giunco, Sa Contissa, and Cardureu. This incredible result repays us for our enormous, daily commitment to the quality of our products, considering that we competed with over 5,500 cheeses from all over the world, evaluated for flavor and aroma, texture and body, and adherence to stylistic standards.
