The Garau Dairy in Mandas won the podium at the International Cheese & Diary Awards, which has been held in England for 128 years and is considered the Cheese Olympics.
Every year the participants pass the 5,500 inscriptions and the Garau conquer two bronzes with the organic pecorino Baddhe bio and the semi-seasoned Piccolo Giunco – bringing a slice of Italian craftsmanship.
It is the longest and most prestigious competition in the world reserved for cheeses, winning one of these prestigious awards means being part of an elite group and a tradition of 128 years among the best in the category in the world.
We have also been mentioned by one of the most famous newspapers in the world on the theme of food and wine, the prestigious Food & Wine.
