Since 1880, the Antonio Garau Caseificio has participated in the prestigious BioKennisWeek (Bio Knowledge Week), January 18th to 22nd, 2021 usually organized in the Netherlands, this year online due to COVID. Excellent organization, as always, we found ourselves in a well-structured platform where visitors contacted us through chats positioned within the company’s online showcases. There was also a rich program of themed events.
